Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of the integrated vision
of the law as a practice and profession, on the one hand, and as an
education, on the other hand. The article defines the conditions
for combining and interdependence of the two areas that form
the phenomenon of law in the context of their non-synchronous
development in the contexts of the processes of social differentiation
and commodification.
