Abstract

[In Russian]

The article analyses contemporary philosophical discussions
on the problems of cloning, embryonic cells researches and preimplantation diagnostics. Regardless of the solution to the problem
of permissibility or impermissibility of these genetically manipulate
technologies from the philosophical point of view the problem
remains not only unsolvable but also any successive solving of it
inevitably leads to the legal deadlock which testifies to insufficiency
of normative-legal procedures and interpretations that belong to
the culture of Modernity.
