Abstract

[In Russian]

The article contains an analysis of the main principles of the
soviet factory system in the 1920s–1930s. An early soviet industrial
model put the factory in the center of economic, social
and political life, filled it with different socialist symbols. Every
worker had to place his/her everyday life under the control of
industrial community, linked their professional and consumer
expectations to the factory and stayed almost all the time at
expanse of the «native plant».
