Abstract

[In Russian]

This article focuses on the relevance of psycho-Marxism (in particular Lacanian psychoanalysis and post-Marxism), on the relevance of such synthesis in perspective of media research, in the perspective of new media as a new form of social mediation of individual desires. The problem of social mediation is topical for the understanding of the relation between the subject, his/her desires and the society in the contemporary extremely mediated world. Psycho-Marxism can bring a new understanding that is different from already existing and well-established within the media theories for such concepts as mediation and mediatization.
